Welcome to Spark Store. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.


7 Days Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is missing parts/accessories

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product should be returned with original packaging
  • Product must include all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products by customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personal care items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products returned after 7 days

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at: support@sparkstore.in
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product images/videos
    • Reason for return

Our support team will verify the request within 24–48 business hours.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI
    • Store Credit

Replacement Policy

In case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

We may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Full refund

depending on product availability.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photo proof.

Without valid proof, return/refund requests may not be accepted.


Dropshipping Fulfilment

Spark Store operates on a dropshipping business model and products may be shipped directly from our supplier and warehouse partners across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner availability
  • Product availability
