Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across 27,000+ pincodes in India through our trusted courier partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Ekart
  • XpressBees

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 0–1 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are usually processed on the same day
  • Orders placed after cut-off time may be processed the next business day

Business Days: Monday – Saturday
(Sunday & public holidays excluded)


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Shipping Charges

✅ We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, shipping charges may apply at checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most serviceable pincodes in India.

Additional COD charges may apply in certain regions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier details
  • Tracking link via SMS or Email

Delivery Delays

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote location delivery limitations

Spark Store shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

If:

  • Address is incorrect
  • Customer is unreachable
  • Order is refused

the shipment may be returned or cancelled.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.


Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at:

Dropshipping Fulfilment

Spark Store operates on a dropshipping business model. Products may be shipped directly from our supplier and warehouse partners located across India.

Because of this:

  • Products may arrive in different packaging
  • Multiple items may be shipped separately
